CSS SYLLABUS FOR PHILOSOPHY

The css PHILOSOPHY   paper is comprised of a total of 100 marks. It is an Optional paper related to the Candidate's Basic knowledge of PHILOSOPHY  such as Definition, Nature, and Scope of Philosophy, Rationalism (Plato, Descartes, Spinoza); Empiricism (Locke, Berkeley, Hume); Transcendentalism (Kant); Intuitionism (Bergsonl), V. Muslim Thinkers, Contemporary Philosophical Movements, etc.

To pass the css PHILOSOPHY  paper a candidate is required to secure a minimum of 33 percent marks.
